Noble Kwadwo Obese-Antwi is the CEO of the Bank. A position he has occupied since March 1992.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Sales and Marketing UK (FSSM); Fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers UK (FIPFM); Fellow of the Design, Technology and Management Society International RSA (FDTDMS); a Chartered Management Consultant (cmc); Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants – Ghana (CIAMC); Member of the Commonwealth Institute of Public Administration and Management, Canada (CAPAM); a Certified International Professional Manager UK (CIPM).

Noble Obese-Antwi holds an Executive MBA (Paris Graduate School of Management); Graduate Diploma In Management (IPMA – UK); Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (GIMPA); Certificate in Administration and Management (CAM) from GIMPA (Ghana Institute Management and Public Administration) ACIB Intermediate (Chartered Institute of Bankers – Ghana);
Certificate in Microfinance (NISIET – India)

He is a Noble (An Eminent West African of the West African Nobles Forum)

{mosimage}Noble Obese-Antwi started his banking career in 1981 at the Anum Rural Bank Limited, after working for the Ghana Cooperative Pharmaceuticals Limited and the New Times Corporation, all in Accra.
He joined the Sekyere Rural Bank more than sixteen years ago and have brought the then ‘sinking’ bank to its present position.

A strategist and a professional manager, Noble Obese-Antwi intimates that it is his vision to put Sekyere Rural Bank at the pinnacle of Rural Banking in Ghana and a force to reckon with in the banking fraternity.
