•Application letter from the applicant
•Two other family members should accompany the applicant to sign the funeral application form to confirm the bereavement
•There must be at least two or three guarantors
•There should be evidence of the said funeral by issuance of death certificate, receipts, invitation cards, or radio announcements etc
•Maximum repayment of one month
